BLUEFLAMES ABC boxer, Anya, has won the NABGC title after a unanimous points win in Bridlington.
The young boxer from Taunton defeated a very difficult opponent to claim the title and truly performed superbliy across the three, three minute rounds.
A spokesperson from Blueflames ABC said: "Congratulations to Anya winning the the NABGC title in Bridlington.
"Anya boxed superbly to take a unanimous points win and is now a two times national champion."
As well as that, Anya is the first female boxer from the club to compete over 3x3 minute rounds.
Coaches at the the club said she has been training hard in preparation for the longer rounds and it seems to have really payed off for her.
The spokesperson added: "We are all very proud of her."
The club also held their Christmas party last week in Taunton.
It said: "A big thank you to Ben & Steph of Molly Malones for putting on a fantastic Xmas party for the boxers last night. Thank you from everyone at Blueflames ABC."
