TAUNTON residents have recently expressed their disappointment at the state of a fountain in a town centre park.
Taunton Town Councillor Federica Smith-Roberts said she has been contacted about the fountain in Vivary Park not working.
The councillor explained there is an issue with the supply and also added that “due to its age” the issue may “take a little while to fix”.
She also explained there is an issue with the supply. Here is the full update she shared on social media: “Recently I have been contacted about the Vivary Fountain in Taunton not working and the disappointment this has caused.
“Unfortunately, the fountain has an issue with the supply to it and we are waiting for some work to be done.
“I should have an update soon as to when work will take place.
“The fountain is beautiful but due to its age does sometimes take a little while to fix issues, but fingers crossed will be up and running soon.”
