Stonor Park's nature trail welcoming visitors this half term

Stonor Park offers an opportunity for wildlife spotting, from fallow and muntjac deer to red kites.

The trail, located in the Chiltern Hills, has been redesigned to highlight the park's biodiversity.

Lord Camoys, custodian of the park, said: "Spring and early summer is a fantastic time to visit us because the park is teeming with wildlife and the trees and flowers are in full bloom.

"Besides our beautiful trail, we have some special half term activities such as den-building and of course our magical woodland play area Tumblestone Hollow."

Children can collect a nature sheet from the visitor centre to explore the trail.

The Tumblestone Hollow adventure playground offers children tree houses, zip wires, and rope bridges.

Visitors can also explore Stonor's gardens and the water play area.

The Rumble Hut offers wood-fired pizzas, burgers, American-style milkshakes, and gelato ice cream.

The visitor centre also welcomes visitors to enjoy their own picnics.

Tickets for the half term event include access to Tumblestone Hollow, open from 9.30am-5.30pm daily.

Ticket prices start from £8 for adults, £9 for children over 105cm, typically from the age of five, and £7 for children between 92-105cm, typically three to four years.

Carers and children under 92cm, typically up to the age of two, go free, with free entry for all Tumblestone Hollow members.
