BOXERS from Blueflames ABC in Taunton enjoyed a successful week as three of them earned unanimous wins.

First up Charlie Miller was boxing in Birmingham against an experienced girl from Wales.

Charlie spent no time adjusting to her opponent out working her and in the third round a powerful rear hand to the head with her opponent getting a standing count Charlie  achieved a unanimous win to add to her recent wining streak.

Next up was Yuri Cabral boxing in Bridgwater against a tough Welsh opponent.

It was a good physical bout, both met in the middle and stood toe to toe but Yuri managed to cope by landing the cleaner blows and in round 3 he landed a lead hook to the head one which the referee stepped in to give his opponent a standing count.

Last up Simon Heyburn boxing in Bridgwater against a Gloucester opponent.

Simon is in his last year of boxing before hitting the retirement age of 40.

The Taunton boxer wanted the win and got straight to it out working his opponent and landing the cleaner more powerful shots earning him a unanimous win.
